We are proud to represent our well-established client, who are based in Central London. This company are high profiled and leading within design, project management and installation sector. They are a currently seeking an experienced customer facing Project Coordinator with a positive can do attitude approach to work.

The Ideal Candidate will have 2+ years relevant experience within Project Coordinating within the installation/furniture sector.

Project Coordinator

Monday to Friday - (09:00am until 5:30pm)

£40K + good commission structure



  • 23 days holiday rising to 25 after 5 years

The office is based within Central London, however they do have the ability to work remotely for part of the time or from their Essex based office.

Duties Pre Project-Award:

  • Raise Project Quotations and alternatives

  • Monitor Timelines

  • Assist with drafting of tender document

  • Attend Project Interviews around London

Duties Upon Award:

  • First Contact for Client

  • Maintain Project Paperwork

  • Process Orders

  • Attend Project Meetings around London

  • Consolidate Deliveries to Programme

  • Liaise with Installation Team

  • Produce Project Specific Documentation, including standard O&M Manual
