Adecco are currently recruiting on behalf of North Wales Police for a Project Support Officer on an initial 6 month basis to support with the national roll out of IT infrastructure.

Post holder will be responsible for reporting on issues on the roll out of Office 365 with local forces.

This post is working from home, with an occasional day working in Colwyn Bay HQ (approx once a month), working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Key Duties:

- Supporting the IT Project Managers in a national roll out of Office 365

- Represent the Project Team at internal and external meetings, as and when required

- Reporting and collating on issues from local forces and following through until resolved

- Triage issues to the help desk as and when required

- Provide a point of contact for members of the Constabulary

- Prepare documents including tables and spreadsheets on Microsoft Word and Excel software


- Able to learn and use new IT systems confidently

- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong IT skills

- Ability to take direction and manage your own caseload

- Highly organised

Project Management qualifications are not needed for this role, will consider informal or formal project experience. Post holder will need to be extremely organised.

Salary is between £29793 - £31725
