On behalf of our Tech giant client we are looking for an exceptional brand coordinator to join the team, partnering across the EMEA Marketing organisation in support of all activations, including campaigns, (digital) events, partnership activities and building the operational foundation.


Overall Responsibilities:


Our focus is to represent and up level the company brand in all marketing programs, while enabling operational excellence across all marketing activations in EMEA and APAC. You will contribute to building and adapting scalable programs to make it easier for EMEA marketers and partners to do great work. This is a unique position that will interface with all marketing programs, as well as building foundational processes to be scaled across the region. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:



  • Support Cloudstyle 2.0 onboarding & roll out for EMEA and APAC marketing teams

  • EMEA Agency Audit support - communications and tracking

  • Oversee brand team regional requests. Support the establishment, roll out and daily triage & management of brand requests for EMEA & APAC



Requirements:



  • Vast years of experience in a marketing and/or creative agency, business operations or administrative/project management role.

  • Start up experience welcome.

  • Experience working in marketing, specifically creative teams or working with creative agency partners. Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for role: Excellent organisational abilities (administrative or project/program management) Experience working on marketing programs (any type, i.e. events, campaign, demand generation, partner marketing)

  • Communication skills or experience working in internal comms / digital/social / PR teams, with proven track record of managing multiple cross-functional stakeholder communication

  • Experience in collaborating internally and externally at all organisational levels

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, organise information and solve complex problems

  • Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment

  • Experience in marketing and/or creative agency industry

  • Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills. Experience working with teams cross-functional teams across multiple departments Specific Tools.



Desired skills:



  • Program Management certification and/or training

  • Adobe Creative Suite familiarity

  • Experience with program management tools (ASANA, BaseCamp, JIRA, etc.)
