An amazing opportunity has arisen for a skilled Project Management Support Administrator, for one of my clients based in Central London (Pimlico). The ideal candidate will provide project management support on CCS implementation and renewal projects, assisting with the delivery of all services within the project in accordance with timescales agreed.


DUTIES:



  • Co-ordinating with Sales / Bid & Tenders / Contracts to ensure the project mandate process is followed, and we have visibility of all potential new clients. Checking all the relevant information has been received and is correct prior to Project Manager involvement.

  • Supporting the CCS Project Managers with the implementation of new CCS projects, in line with the project methodology, including arranging project meetings/calls, liaising with internal departments, chasing clients for requirements

  • Assisting with the scheme renewal process for all relevant CCS clients. Guide clients through the CCS scheme renewal process and draft new processing schedules.

  • Managing the migration and the scope of all projects to ensure we deliver what is in scope and where the client requires additional items, apply change control processes to agree impact of timeline and fees.

  • Work with clients to migrate them onto the new CCS Cycle to Work process.

  • As required work on ad hoc projects.

  • ability to work under pressure and as a part of a team
