Role: Project Manager

Location: London, Tottenham Court Road

Duration: start date asap for 12 months

Onsite Working Schedule: 3 days from office (Tue, Wed, Thu), 2 days from home (Mon and Fri)

Program Manager

This role is designed to support multiple launches across 2022 and 2023, on a project which looks at the impact of music of Black origin on British culture. This will include project management of content across platforms and across all launch events (either standalone or at notable partner-led tent-pole moments). The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive a coherent vision, with a focus on deep community impact. The candidate will additionally be responsible for scoping similar activations globally (e.g. US, Canada, Brazil, Sub-Saharan Africa, Australia)


  • Own vision for the launch event and align relevant stakeholders

  • Find and scope additional public engagement for the project at music industry and other cultural events; secure internal approvals / support and relevant speakers

  • Lead on invite list, targeting relevant influencers, KOFs, community members and music industry bodies

  • Own internal and external comms for all events, eliciting inputs and feedback from relevant xfn teams

  • Ensure event team delivers all logistics including health and safety pre-requisites, collating of all creative choices on lighting, catering, look and feel, and reporting back and feeding into the work of the program management team

  • End to end ownership of contracting, invoicing and payments for the events

  • Help to co-ordinate the asks and needs of the talent attending the launch


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Deep knowledge and related experience of the music industry in the UK and broader global trends, with strong external and community relationships

  • Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgement

  • Demonstrable program management skills and solid experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, also externally


  • High emotional intelligence that enables close working relationships with key leaders internally and externally.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large and highly distributed organisation.

  • Keen understanding of current music industry priorities and debates across EMEA and globally
