Do you have previous Project Management experience, having ideally delivered a project involving the implementation of a managed services payroll system? Are you available immediately and interested in a 10 month contract?

If yes, then this role maybe for you - our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the global implementation of a their new managed services payroll system, this is a fantastic opportunity working for a very well-known beauty retailer based within Hammersmith, London.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Delivering on time, on cost, projects of the highest quality through effective planning and documentation, following an established project methodology and governance

  • Coordinating, producing and presenting timely and accurate project status and risks to steering and project committees

  • Owning the action plan and risk management processes through to completion and/or mitigation

  • Identification and management of dependencies between solution changes and other projects

  • Ensure that all projects are properly resourced and supported by the business with clear capacity planning

  • Coordinating testing and training completed by key users

  • Ensure smooth coordination of multiple teams and solutions to achieve the end goal

  • Providing high-quality support to the key users and hence to the wider business community during and after the projects, including maintaining focus on Group norms and legal obligations, including data processing and IT security

  • Ensure the correct transfer of knowledge to ensure quality of operation

Successful candidate will be required to have:

  • Significant Project Management experience including the establishment of project governance

  • Ideally experience of managed services payroll transition and payroll processes, but not essential

  • Experience working with multi-country business and IT teams with a cross-section of domains

  • Highly organised with prioritisation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while under pressure

  • Strong influencing and communication skills to drive the project

  • Ability to work autonomously while also knowing when is the right time to escalate to management
