The individual will be responsible for end to end delivery of Reporting improvements; delivering analysis, solution design and delivery of efficiency and automation improvements
Responsibilities include
- Drive analysis to identify opportunities; for elimination, exception volume reduction, consolidation & standardisation, automation of delivery and investigation
- Drive benefits identification and realisation events
- Meet expected quality requirements for documentation; especially BRDs where required
- Agree build and delivery schedule with Technology partners
- Meet governance requirements; verbal and written updates
- Adherence to change/enterprise standards where applicable; completion of necessary project artefacts, change controls, completion of permit to build, operate and send

Requirements include;
- 7+ years of project management experience with a successful delivery track record
- Able to influence and complete activities while working remotely
- Demonstrable working experience of process mapping and re-engineering
- Knowledge of Middle Office Operations and/or related support functions; including good understanding of end to end trade lifecycle and the associated processes within support functions. Ideally this will include cross product exposure
- Ability to apply strategic thinking to multiple, complex, organisational and business issues, to weigh and communicate logical options and ability to translate directoin into practical execution plans
- High proficiency in MS Office Application skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills. Provide clear, concise direction to the broader team while delivering comprehensive status to senior executives
- Self-motivated and autonomous
- Ability to handle diverse workload and tight schedules
Other qualifications include:
- Conversant with Lean-Agile methodology
- Project management certification
- Alteryx-Tableau application development beneficial
- Working experience of AI toolkit e.g. UIPath RPA
