Inventory Manager

The Inventory manager has overall responsibility for the receiving, sorting, storing, kitting, and deployment of all Start UP Equipment. There key focus is maintaining clear records of all inventory received on site and sorting by Bill of Materials (BOM) to allow the site team to deploy quickly and effectively.

The inventory manager should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in a similar environment including construction / fit out environment, or similar field. Experience in inventory management systems along with strong computer and analytical skills is a requirement for this role.

They should have previous experience in labour supervision of at least 5+ individuals and providing written reports and updates to key stakeholders along with a level of budget management & material control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving, checking and Unloading of Deliveries.

  • Recording of all items received into the Non Inventory stores and on Amazon App based tools.

  • Asset Tagging & database input of required materials.

  • Preparing BOM's ready for deployment.

  • Producing reports of all items onsite and notifying the SU PM of missing or late orders.

  • Any other duties as required by the Site PM.

Basic Skills

  • Previous Stores Management experience.

  • Excellent communications skills (written & verbal) in English and the local language.

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office).

  • Experience of Computerized Asset Management Programs.

  • FLT License

  • Clean Driving License.

  • CSCS Card / EU Equivelent.

Preferred Skills

  • IPAF License.
