We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a general insurance provider for a Project Support Administrator. This is a full time, temporary role paying up to £14.50 per hour beginning as soon as possible and will run up until 17th December 2021 as a minimum. The role will initially be fully remote, however once they reopen their beautiful Stratford-Upon-Avon offices there may be a requirement to work 2-3 days per week in the office. As this role is home based, you must own your own IT kit including laptop or PC and have reliable WIFI connection. The day-to-day role is receiving project resource requests, validating that they are correct and routing them to the correct gatekeepers, then updating the tracking log and confirming/declining the assignment. Typically, requests may come against the wrong skillset or with missing information.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

  • Ownership of IT request email box where all project related emails come to and then this must be relayed to gatekeeper for approval and then send back to projects.

  • Resolve any queries

  • Match up new resources to outstanding requests as and when they come in

  • Monthly IT timesheets - generate report for the finance department to send out invoices

  • Request tracker log to keep up to date with names of gatekeepers

  • Organise meetings

  • Prior to meeting, send out an extract of the resource tracker that applies to that department

Good knowledge of Excel is required including knowledge of VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, sums and formulas. You also must have excellent time management and the ability to multitask
