We are proud to be recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Officer on behalf of North Wales Police. This is an initially temporary post to support their Shared Service Facility in Colwyn Bay.


The purpose of the post is to liaise with all departments withing the SSF, driving improvement in processes, identifying areas and systems that are inefficient, and developing new and cost-effective solutions.


You will be a point of contact within the SSF to provide support and advice in the implementation of Continuous Improvement activity in all business areas.


Key skills required are:


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive and manage change


- Good IT skills


- Experience in project working


- Possess excellent numerical reasoning skills to prepare statistical and budget reports for management use.



Previous experience working within Business Improvement or Quality is essential.


Post is full time- Mon-Fri 37 hours per week.
