Adecco currently has the pleasure in supporting our long-standing client based in Burnley on a Temporary assignment in their Project Admin Department.

This role is an immediate start and would be looking as early as next week to commence.

The Role:

  • Co-ordinate with Site Managers to ensure the correct materials are ordered to site.

  • Monitor and file invoice requests.

  • Liaise with internal and external partners via telephone and email.

  • Raising payments and purchase orders

  • Ensuring all work is carried out within Company guidelines and security standards.

  • Taking initial customer and client enquiries and ensuring this information is passed on to the correct person within the business.

  • Additional administrative duties as required.

The Person:

  • Previous administration experience

  • Experience working in either a Skills or educational environment

  • Experience of working with internal booking systems

The Benefits:

  • £9.00 p/h

  • Monday - Friday (9am - 4pm)
