My client a technology company based in Marlow just outside of the centre are looking for a Projects Administrator to help support the Client Services department with their Administration and document control.


Your main duties will involve;



  • Assisting team members with the completion of project reports

  • Attending project meetings

  • Ensuring all documentation is completed on time, is accurate and up to date

  • Ensuring all documentation is filed electronically on Company servers

  • Inputting data into Company databases

  • Weekly reporting.


Qualities:



  • Very organised and efficient

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Expert in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook; Adobe Acrobat;

  • Experience with CRM systems
