Property Administrator


Monday to Friday, 08.30am to 5pm


£25,000 - £26,000 per annum


Start date: January 2022

We are currently recruiting for a Property Administrator to work for an award-winning client based in Kenilworth. This is a permanent role for a well-known company that offers a great working environment and employee benefits package.


Day to day role and responsibilities:



  • Dealing with administration on behalf of customers and clients

  • Updating customer information

  • Booking in contractors and completing customer liaison

  • Uploading data into Excel spreadsheets

  • Processing customer orders and raising invoices

  • Completing all office administration duties


We'd love to hear from you if you have:



  • Strong administration skills

  • Experience of administration within property

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Experience of processing orders

  • Proactive
