Adecco are proud to be working with a well-established company who are seeking a Property Client Accountant to join their expanding team. 


Requirements: 



  • 3 years' experience working as a Client Accountant, with strong Service Charge accounting experience

  • Good working knowledge of QubeECS or Tramps

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel



Duties:



  • Producing client statements, ad hoc client reporting and VAT reports for a dedicated client portfolio

  • Lease input and management of any lease system queries or changes

  • Reconciliation of annual service charges

  • Coordinating annual service charge budget processes with the Property Team

  • Reviewing processes and procedures, implementing improvements and continuously ensuring best practice



Location: Essex
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum dependant on experience
Working days:
 Monday - Friday
Duration of contract: Permanent, full time
