Adecco are recruiting for a Development Co-ordinator with construction industry experience

Location: Dublin City Center

Salary: €38,000

*Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook. Knowledge of Sharepoint document management system
*Must have a can-do attitude with excellent efficiency skills and good time management.
*Excellent level of attention to detail and organisation.
*Ability to work on own initiative.
*Good Organisational Skills & ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.


The role is to help assist in the smooth running of project administration/coordination from start to finish for the development & construction team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for compliance with procedures & standards set in place.

Role / Responsibilities
*Administration duties for the wider Development / Construction team.
*Duties include Calendar Management, Travel arrangements, Meeting coordinator.
*Attend Internal Meetings & take Minutes for Development Team Meetings.
*Compile information for management, stakeholders, selling agents and upload to a shared drive.
*Compiling of various Reports for the Development Team & wider construction / planning team.
*Maintaining contact details of all Organisations & Contacts relating to projects.
*Uploading information & maintaining information on the document management system.
*Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
*Point of Contact for external Consultants, Visitors, Suppliers, Couriers.
