Overview of the Position:



In your capacity as Property Manager, you will oversee numerous areas of property and tenant management to ensure all of our processes run smoothly. The role provides some variety of tasks and you must have excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to plan meticulously and keep driving efficiencies to get the results based on your KPIs.



The role will require you to be highly organised and work hard to maintain and improve performance in each area.



Key Responsibilities:



Handling Customer queries


Closing down deposits and dealing with disputes or delapidations


Sending out Management Agreements


Managing Relationships with Business Suppliers


Helping Tenants and Landlords with any queries


Resolving Customer Complaints (when Required)


Managing Tenant evictions where required


On-Boarding New Landlords & Properties


Off Boarding Landlords & Properties (When Required)


Producing Key Business KPI reports


Maintaining System Integrity and ensuring they are kept up to date


Ensuring business operations run smoothly day to day


Skills and Experience



In order to be successful in the Property Manager role you must have the following skills and experience:



An eye for detail


Great interpersonal skills


Outstanding phone manner and customer service skills


Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks


Growth & learning mindset; welcomes constructive feedback for further development and support


Good computer skills (Spreadsheets, property management software etc)


Ability to follow detailed processes as well as create new processes



Benefits:



This is a permanent, part-time or full-time position with flexible hours.



£18000 - £20000 depending on experience and hours. Part time 10am - 3pm Monday to Friday or full time 9 till 5



Hours typically work well for candidates who need the flexibility around the school run
