Adecco have the privilege recruit for a Property Manager based on the outskirts of Newbury. The role is working Monday - Friday and is offering a salary of £27,500 - £30,000, dependant on experience.

Duties include:

  • Day to day running of the residential portfolio in line with the client's business strategy, agreed budgets and other targets

  • Assisting in the marketing and advertising of all properties

  • Responsible for timely updating of the website and other online media and marketing

  • Ensuring viewings of properties are managed

  • Working with contractors

  • Raising rent demands, reviewing rents and chasing arrears

  • General office duties

  • Assist in keeping insurance and other records up to date

  • Maintain systems

  • Recharging for various services/utilities

  • Overseeing of maintenance contracts for regular events

Candidates will ideally have/be:

  • Property management experience

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Ability to instruct contractors to fix issues

  • Highly organised

  • Strong communicator

  • Willingness to develop new skills

  • Good eye for detail and presentation

  • Clean UK Driving licence

  • Relevant professional qualification would be desirable
