My Client situated in the heart of the Lake District are looking for a Property Specialist to join there growing and friendly team.

Desirable Experience:

* Commercially minded and able to negotiate and influence.

* Proven ability within a sales environment

* Background in holiday letting industry.

Accountable for the following areas:

� Acting as a first point of contact for Potential New Owners when they call or contact us to discuss letting their holiday cottages.

� Securing a visit with one of our Regional Managers for every property

� Determining the key motivations for holiday letting and establish how the owner has come to contact.

� Making good use of the information gathered you must impress the owner with our knowledge and expertise.

� Ensuring the Potential New Owner leaves the introductory call wanting to work and look to move forward to meeting our Regional Manager.

� Following up with the Potential New Owner after a Regional Manager has visited to answer any further questions, keeping in contact until a contract has been signed.

� Acting as a first point of call for some existing local owners

� Customer telephone and face to face contact

� Dealing with telephone and face to face queries on a range of topics, including but not limited to holiday arrivals, key collections, or problems at the property.

� Face to face contact with potential customers

� Dealing with visitors to the office, who may wish to book a new holiday, ask a question about the area or their property.

Day to Day tasks

� Prepare arrival and departure reports.

� Arrange key collections.

� Prepare Welcome Packs

� Checking of properties ready for arrivals

� Check customer feedback and action.

� Making first night calls

� Make arrangements for maintenance checks where required.

� Identify improvements to quality of properties where required.

� Arranging visits by approved suppliers

� On call cover required usually 1 out of 4 weeks, paid in addition to salary.
