Policy and Reward Manager (Maternity Cover)
Location: South Kensington
Position: Policy and Reward Manager
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000
Type: Fixed term contract (1 year), part time

This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of this vision by putting in place the essential employment policies the College needs to support our people.


This will be a varied role with several exciting responsibilities. Some of the key areas you will lead on include:



  • Working across the HR teams to develop and maintain policies for the College,

  • Working with key stakeholders, trade unions and leading working groups to ensure our policies and procedures are user friendly and maximise engagement from staff,

  • Ensuring the successful communication and implementation of HR policies, procedures and reward to all HR staff and the wider College

  • Supporting the delivery of the College's pay principles.


Essential requirements


To do this successfully ideally you will have a background in HR and/or policy development. Experience of the Higher education sector would be helpful but is not essential. Far more important will be your excellent verbal and written communication skills, a customer orientated approach and the ability to multitask on a variety of projects.
