Adecco are currently seeking a part time Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a company in Thatcham. Our client is offering a competitive salary of £11.23 an hour & seeking someone to work 4 hours a day Monday-Friday.


This is a temporary to permanent position.


Duties to include but not limited to:


* Staff cash advances input


* Staff credit card input


* Invoice queries (internal and external)


* Filing


* Posting Purchase Ledger invoices/credit notes


* Matching to PO's


* Manual invoices input


* Reconciliation of Supplier statements


* Staff expenses input


* Staff cash advances input


* Invoice queries (internal and external)


* Filing corresponding Purchase Ledger items


* General Accounts information filing/scanning


* Other ad hoc duties
