We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant on behalf of our fabulous client in Pershore.

You will assist with the smooth operation of the purchase ledger accounts ensuring that supplier's invoices are processed on time and the company's purchase ledger is accurate and up to date.

Working as part of a small and friendly team including the Finance Manager you will also handle account queries via telephone and email promptly and collate information regarding damaged and lost goods.

Outstanding Communication skills are a must for this role as you will deal with suppliers regularly and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy is a necessity as this a highly numerate role.

You will manage the Purchase order and return process and enter relevant data onto Sage 200, reconcile supplier statements, raise invoice and credit notes and ensure that all PO's, returns and orders are regularly checked to ensure all documents are accurate.

Working Hours - 08.30am to 17.00pm, Monday to Friday with 30 minutes taken for lunch.

Salary - £20K-£23k per annum (dependant on experience)
