Job Title - PURCHASE LEDGER


Location - Braintree


Salary - £22k


Hours - Monday to Friday 8am till 4:30pm

Adecco are delighted to be supporting a growing client based in Braintree with the hire of an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join their team.


Duties



  • Collate and match purchase invoices

  • Deal with supplier queries

  • Reconcile supplier statements

  • Process payments onto Accounts system and prepare BACS run for approval

  • Liaise with internal staff and/or Suppliers to resolve queries

  • Process monthly credit card expenses

  • Assist the management with any requirements


The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years previous experience working within an accounts environment. You will also need to possess good IT skills including strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
