Working for a family owned company, the right candidate will be proactive with the ability to read between the lines and problem solve to build relationships with customers and suppliers.   • Reconciliation of invoices

  • Cross checking delivery notes

  • Processing payments on the internal system

  • Set up new customers for payments

  • Dealing with queries from clients

  • Balancing the cash book

  • Tracking purchases on Excel

  • Ad hoc delegated administrative duties


  • High level of attention to detail

  • Currently studying towards AAT

  • Natural problem solver

  • Team player

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Analytical and able to notice discrepancies
