My South Preston based client, a successful family run business with an excellent reputation within their field, are looking to recruit a self starting purchase ledger clerk to assist their very busy, fast paced office.

The purpose of the role is to ensure all ledgers are up to date to ensure smooth transactions.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
* Inputting invoices on bespoke in-house system
* Matching credit notes
* Scanning invoices
* Dealing with complex queries with suppliers
* Reconciling statements
* Raising credit notes
* General admin

This is a temporary role which is expected to continue for a minimum of 1 month (very likely to run over).
This is a very busy office, a background working within a small, close knit team within a busy environment would be advantageous.

Hours Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 - 40 hours. There could be some flexibility for the right candidate.
