Our client based on the outskirts of York produces a range of catalogues, brochures inserts, flyers and leaflets, amongst an impressive array of other products and services. Due to increase in work our client has instructed Adecco to recruit a Permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk to work at their York Site.

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk your responsibilities will include;

� Processing purchase invoices correctly, ensuring gaining appropriate authorisations.

� Processing outgoing payment of invoices

� Provide regular reconciliation of supplier statement.

� Processing credit reconciliations.

� Maintaining account of company cars.

� Processing daily banking reconciliations.

� Helping on reception.

The successful candidate must have Sage 50 payroll experience - this is essential. Must have good Microsoft excel knowledge, good communication skills with colleagues and visitors to the company, possess to build business relationships with suppliers and have excellent attention to detail.

� Salary £20,000 PA
