A fantastic new opportunity for those interested in a role working within a fantastic team as a Purchase Ledger. This role is to cover Maternity leave and will run until January 2023.

Hours - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Pay Rate - up to £26,000 (£13.50ph) dependant on experience

You will need to:

  • Check and post all purchase invoices and staff expenses

  • Post credit card statements to the purchase ledger

  • Reconcile invoices and charges from providers

  • Make timely payments to suppliers

  • Provide actual and forecast supplier transactions in the weekly cash flow forecast

  • Post and reconcile daily direct debit payments to suppliers

  • Resolve supplier queries

  • Reconcile supplier statements

  • Monitor central mailbox

  • Provide assistance to other departments where required

Successful candidates will have:

  • Experience using Sage software

  • Excel skills

  • Experience in a purchase ledger role

  • Good planning and organisational skills
