Adecco are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to join our local client in Ayrshire on a permanent basis.

You will have many responsibilities, some will include:

  • Matching of delivery notes to purchase invoices

  • Matching and requesting VAT invoices for Pro Forma purchase invoices

  • General purchase ledger housekeeping

  • Shipping of goods - UK and International

  • Telephone and reception duties

  • Holiday cover for processing sales invoices and purchase order processing

  • Production of, requesting and managing export documentation
