Adecco are recruiting for a Prurchasing Administrator for our local client on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual.

You will be responsible for pricing the jobs and issuing the invoices to customers and being able to communicate well with the depots, customers and different teams internally.

Other responsibilities will include:

� Preparing & Checking invoices from various data sources.

� Auditing invoices.

� Overseeing customer accounts.

� Reporting figures / numbers.

� Preparing detailed Excel Reports.

� General office duties as required - e.g filing.

To be considered you must have the following:

  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and formulas

  • Experience in pricing

  • High Level of admin / IT skills, Excel and databases

  • Must be well organised and have the ability to multi task

  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude

  • Be highly analytical, with strong data analysis skills

  • Be able to work in fast paced environment to high degrees of accuracy

  • Have high level of numeracy

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills (both internally and externally)

  • Show strong report writing and analysis skills

  • Be highly analytical, with strong data analysis skills
