* Place orders for stock items and non-stock items as requested


* To ensure purchase orders are typed and circulated in a swift and efficient manner


* Print BMR's and BPR's on a weekly basis


* Place orders as requested and make sure deliveries are received on time


* Send correct artwork to printers when required


* Working with the Planner ensure all materials are called off / put back when needed


* Working with the export team ensure all correct documentation is sent out with orders for customs


* Ensure all deliveries have correct paperwork and chase for any outstanding delivery notes for COA's


* To provide accurate, relevant, and timely information and reports as required.


* To keep your area of work clean and tidy, adhering to set housekeeping standards to minimise contamination.


* To be flexible and adaptable and assist other team members as required to help ensure targets are met.


* To communicate with the team and inform the Director of Operations of any difficulties at any time throughout the day.


* To work towards continuous improvement.


* To follow Company rules as specified in the Company Handbook.


* To adhere to all Health & Safety practices.
