Adecco are proud to be working with a well-established company who are seeking a skilled Purchasing Administrator to join their expanding team.
Key duties:
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Booking purchase orders
- Creating quotations for customers
- Assisting the Production Manager in scheduling and planning deliveries
- General administration duties to support the team
Requirements:
- Strong administration experience
- Good with numbers
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills, experience with Microsoft Office (Excel skills desirable)
- Confident communication skills at all levels
Location: Southend, Essex
Salary: £18,500 - £25,000 (negotiable, and dependant on experience)
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00
Duration of contract: Permanent
