Purchasing Administrator

Our Client based in Sutton Coldfield are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to join their friendly team, this is a great role for a strong administrator who is into the detail and has great customer service skills.



Duties:



  • To be the main point of contact for customer orders- creating orders onto the system

  • Calling suppliers for expected delivery dates and order management

  • Dealing with any disputes on orders once delivered (missing or damaged orders)

  • Issuing debt notes and chasing credit notes from suppliers

  • Inputting supplier invoices on a warehouse management system (Orderwise)

  • Dealing with queries from suppliers

  • Prioritising late orders and ensuring the smooth process of delivery

  • Communicating effectively between customers and suppliers




The Ideal Candidate:




  • Experience of Administration role dealing with customers and suppliers

  • Strong administration skills

  • Open Communicator with an eye for detail

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Prioritisation skills
