We are working with a global, growing organisation in Medway to recruit a purchasing assistant for a 3-6 month period. This is a great opportunity to join a professional yet friendly working environment in modern offices in the Medway area.

We are looking for a candidate that can start ASAP or early January. You will join a close knit procurement team to offer administration support in a busy department. Ideally you will come from a purchasing or sales administration background and have experience of using a purchasing/sales order system.


  • Updating purchasing orders

  • Raising purchase requests

  • Chasing suppliers for delivery dates

  • Customer service skills via the phone and email are important

  • Administration duties as required

  • SAP experience would be an advantage

  • Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
