Purchasing Administrator


£18,000 to £20,000 per annum

Working within our client's small, and friendly team, you will be an experienced & organised administrator with experience of procurement, purchasing, buying and/or supply-chain.

You will be responsible for:

  • day to day liaison with suppliers

  • raising and coordinating purchase orders

  • keeping track of quality of materials and item discrepancies

You must be able to display excellent communication skills and be confident picking up the phone to speak with contractors, suppliers, clients and decision-makers.

Attention to detail and and the ability to think on your feet are crucial to success within this role.

  5. ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent computer skills

You must be able to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact within the team, as such, experience of Sage 50 or similar systems/software would be highly beneficial.
