Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, a Purchasing Administrator to work for a successful and growing team within a global organisation based in Bamber Bridge, Preston.
Status: Full time/permanent
Working hours: Flexible start and finish times
Salary: £22-25K
Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays

This role is working within team of 4, but also liaising with various departments within the business on same floor.

The role is responsible for:
- Purchase order input / job sheet checking
- Updating dates on the system and notifying sales of any amends / improvements
- Order chasing - critical path management
- Management of multiple inboxes with timely responses
- Logo approvals - sending / sampling / requesting logos for approval with various suppliers
- Logo management on ERP System
- Factory Questions - responsible for answering any queries
- Demand Queue checking - ensuring all orders are allocated where applicable
