Process associate claims, keeping records up to date.


Support team meetings, making room bookings and minute taking as required


Monitor the team's shared inboxes; and provide first-line support to internal and external Stakeholders


Run functional Skills performance reports and monitor trends / progress. Highlight issues


Support with data analysis




  • Associate events


Provide administrative support for associate training, briefing and standardisation events.


Liaise with the team to plan and organise events, including securing venues and requirements and preparing materials


Send invites, monitor participation, and maintain attendance records


Collate training materials and briefing packs for facilitators and attendees


During the events, check venue, requirements and meet and greet attendees


Support with revisions to the training events and content for training days. Make recommendations for improvement


Monitor progress on training




  • Associate recruitment


Liaise with the Quality and Resourcing Co-ordinators to support the associate recruitment process


Liaise with internal teams to arrange contracting, communications and set up of Associates on SAP


Maintain the recruitment tracker and database and equivalent for FS




  • Maintain systems and procedures


Maintain SAP with newly recruited EQA and EV service arrangements


Maintain SAP with additional EQA and EV service arrangements


Support the Associate resignation process, informing the relevant teams and ensuring vendors are closed down on SAP


Monitor and maintain FTP site for Functional Skills


Provide support with Functional Skills set ups
