We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance and Enhancement Officer to work for a university based in Kingston upon Thames.

The post-holder will be a proactive member of the Quality Assurance and Enhancement department providing professional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department with a particular focus on University and faculty based quality assurance and enhancement activities. The role holder will provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the University's quality assurance and enhancement framework.


  • Higher Education administration experience (essential)


  • Support validation and review activities through organising events and meetings, ensuring subject teams meet deadlines for producing course documentation for these events and checking the standard of the documentation, and following up with the subject teams where required.

  • Organise and clerk committee meetings

  • Support the operation of the Collaborative Joint Executive Committees

  • Support the process of continual enhancement of the University's quality assurance and enhancement processes and provide advice and guidance on those processes.

  • Undertake research activities pertaining to quality assurance and enhancement

This is a 3 month temporary role paying £18-22 per hour. ASAP start.
