Quality Engineer - Havant

Adecco are delighted to be recruiting for a Quality Engineer to lead inspection and continuous improvement within a busy manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will work closely with the shop floor, design engineering and production to ensure that products are of the highest standard.

The candidate should benefit from the following:

  • 3+ years of quality engineering experience.

  • A proven ability to drive quality improvements though the implementation and development of quality systems.

  • Experience in the creation of production documentation.

  • A track record of developing and maintain a system quality metrics with both an internal and customer focus.

  • Able to communicate at all levels within the organisation and customer's quality departments.

  • Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles, proficient in solving problems.

  • Development, management and running of testing to ensure production standards and product specification.


  • HND or Degree in a relevant subject and evidence of CPD within the quality discipline.

Other requirements:

  • Valid passport as some travel overseas may be necessary as and when a project requires.

  • Clean driving license


Between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Full time permanent role
