Quality Manager

Location: Braintree

Salary: £50,000 + Depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm Friday 8:30am-4:00pm

Adecco Chelmsford are currently recruiting for our successful client based in Braintree, we are looking for a quality manager to manage and coordinate all activities required to implement effective quality system functions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must have experience within the Aviation Industry to hit the ground running. Experience in overseeing all Quality System Audits according to EASA, FAA, TCCA Part 145 regulation, ISO9001, EN9110 and EN9120 standards is also desirable.


  • Lead and oversee all Quality System Audits according to EASA, FAA, TCCA Part 145 regulation, ISO9001, EN9110 and EN9120 standards.

  • Full management of internal and external audit schedules including third party and/or customer audits.

  • Manage quality resources including the direct supervision of the quality team, including the setting of objectives and completion of annual performance reviews.

  • Oversee the management of all non-conformities, gathering the corrective and/or preventative data to support the necessary improvements.

  • Oversee and manage the development, documenting and implementation of in-house quality processes and procedures, standards, and specifications.

  • Provide the required focal point on CPAR's, QRQC and Quality related issues as and when required.

  • Driving and acting as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement in performance and quality.

Experience Required:

  • You'll be an experienced QA professional with a working knowledge of component repair and the relevant experience in an aerospace Part 145 MRO environment.

  • A skilled practitioner in the appropriate industry standard and Aviation Regulations (e.g. EASA, CAA, FAA, EN9110, EN9120) with the ability to apply the standards and regulations ensuring maximum safety is attained.

  • Qualified auditor with recognised training in auditing techniques

  • Previously an EASA Form 4 holder.
