Adecco are delighted to be working with a well established manufacturer based in Blandford who are recruiting for a Quality Manager on a full time permanent basis.


Job Summary:


Reporting to the Engineering & Technical Manager, the Quality Manager will plan, direct & co-ordinate the quality requirements for the organisation.


The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the compliance of the company quality system with customer requirements by managing quality policies, standards, procedures, programs & practices with regard to, but not limited to.


Requirements:



  • Quality - ISO 9001

  • Environment - ISO 14001

  • Health & Safety - ISO 45001

  • Medical Device Regulation - MDR (EU) 2017/745

  • Business Continuity

  • Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

  • Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

  • Controls Plans, Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA)

  • Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)


The Quality Manager will work pro-actively with all Directors, Managers, Supervisors & Employees, to sustain, drive & facilitate a programme of continuous improvement within business processes. This will include playing a key role in ensuring the delivery of projects, leading a correct at source & lean problem-solving methodology as they lead the team to achieve quality targets & business goals.


The Quality Manager will be responsible for successful external audit certification based upon assurances provided by the internal audit programme that they lead & manage.


Salary:



  • £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

  • Permanent position

  • Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm

  • 25 Days Holiday



  • Pension is ee 2% and er 6.5%

  • Eligible for the 4% company target earnings scheme (bonus)
