ADECCO South Wales are recruiting for a Quality Officer (HACCP Lead) for their manufacturing client based in Neath Port Talbot.

The Role
- Understand and implement quality procedures, in compliance with HACCP, ISO, NSF and BRC standards
- Review current procedure and implement improvements
- Coordinate and assist with external and customer audits
- Support internal audits, factory inspections and manage follow up actions
- Liaise with other departments with regard non-conformance
- Collect, report and analyse quality data
- Develop and lead HACCP system, by holding regular reviews and managing documentation effectively
- Ensure company's adherence to Environmental monitoring and Calibration
- Maintain QMS
- Ensure H&S and quality standards are adhered to at all times
The Ideal Candidate
- Educated to degree-level (or equivalent) in a scientific subject and/or have relevant quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- Qualified ISO Internal Auditor
- HACCP Experience
- Background in highly-regulated manufacturing environment an advantage
- Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
- Proactive, resourceful and analytical
