Our Tewkesbury based client is looking to recruit a Quality Systems coordinator to join their team. You will be required to assist the Quality Manger in the day-to-day running of the Quality Assurance Department. You will liaise with other team members, and the Quality Manager, to ensure that the shift is efficiently run and production levels maximised.


Key tasks required by you are as follows:



  • Provide QMS maintenance support, to include;

  • Day to day administration of SOP's, WI's and controlled documentation

  • Assist with the review and development of new and established procedures

  • Ensuring the internal audit schedule is up to date and any resulting actions are

  • appropriately logged

  • Assist with the identification and implementation of system improvements as necessary

  • Assist with any KPI / performance data on a monthly basis

  • Assisting with complaint handling;

  • The day to day handling of complaints including investigations

  • Root cause identification

  • Corrective / preventative action implementation

  • Customer responses

  • Internal trend analysis and improvement

  • Dealing with internal issues and non-conformance



  • Administration of the calibration systems including;



  • Maintenance of the calibration schedule

  • Assisting with the management of calibration and frequency

  • Assist with the investigation of any calibration failures

  • Maintenance of calibration records



Assist with Training and Development;


- Assisting with the development of any training materials


- Ensuring the training matrix is completed


- Assisting with any on site training as necessary



Assist with change control activities - Raising and recording change requests, assist with tracking, monitoring, and reporting on change progress


Day to day activities to include;


- Forward planning to ensure that resources are maximised


- Liaise with the Quality Manager to cover holidays / sickness including reporting when


resources are available for extra duties


- Ensure that customer sampling levels and requirements remain current


- Ensure all products placed in quarantine are logged accordingly and that the outcome is


recorded (i.e. reworked, destroyed etc)


- Stock is processed correctly and any discrepancies are investigated and resolved.


- Ensuring all QA related VWT actions are completed or reviewed in a timely manner


- Ensuring any potential issues in relation to batch release are reported to the Quality Manager



Batch Release - Assist with batch release activities as necessary to ensure customer delivery requirements are met


Validation - To assist the Quality Manager with any validation activities and the maintenance of validation documentation


Audits - Support the Quality Manager during site audits


Accreditation's - To assist and support the Quality Manager with the maintenance of any site accreditation's
