Are you a confident and professional individual who can deliver exceptional customer service, we want you to come and join our team! Working as the main customer point of contact, the Weekend Receptionist role is at the heart of our customer journey.

The role will be responsible for:

The role encompasses all aspects of reception management including:

Greeting and recording all customer visits
Telephone & diary management
Maintaining hospitality areas and showroom standards
Ordering office supplies
Liaising with colleagues in the Sales and Service department to deliver an exceptional customer experience
To act as the Brand Ambassador of the products and services available to customers
To be successful you will:

Good organisational, planning and communication skills.
Ability to work on own initiative where required.
Ability to remain calm when working under pressure
No previous automotive experience is needed, just a desire to deliver great levels of customer service to every customer, every time.
