Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 11:30am -19:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

DBS will be undertaken for the right candidate.

Customer focused and diligent receptionist required for a busy public sector department.

The ideal candidate will be providing the following support to the team:
* Book in and attend patients arriving at reception
* Dealing with phone calls and redirecting as appropriate
* Taking messages and ensuring they get to the appropriate person in a timely manner
* Any other general receptionist/administration duties that are required

Skills required include:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent IT skills
* Ability to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
* Be experienced and skilled with Software Programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Background within a similar, busy role
* System knowledge of Lorenzo/PAS (desirable)
