Our client in the Staines area will be recruiting for a bubbly and professional individual to join their team and to act as their receptionist on an Ad-Hoc basis.

The role is paying £9.00 p/h.

Your duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients.

  • Booking meetings.

  • Arranging couriers.

  • Keeping the reception area tidy.

  • Answering and forwarding phone calls.

  • Screening phone calls.

  • Sorting and distributing post.

  • Providing visitor badges.

Previous work experience as a receptionist is essential.

Please note: As this is an Ad-Hoc role, you will be expected to provide cover for employees on holiday or who are sick. In addition, you will be given a suitable amount of notice as to when our client will need you however please be kindly advised that due to the nature of role we ask that you are accessible and reliable in urgent cases.

We will of course try and give as much notice possible but this could mean the following

  • You may receive a phone call from Adecco with only a couple of hour's notice, requesting you to attend work on that day. We will of course try to give you as much notice as possible, but the client has informed us that it's not always the case and can be very last minute on occasions.
