RECEPTIONIST ADMINISTRATOR


BASED IN SMETHWICK


TEMPORARY - PERMENANT


M-F 10.00am - 5.30pm


£9.62ph - £10.56 (dependant on experience)



We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our client based in Smethwick. This is a dynamic and exciting role within the business, they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with an adaptable approach. If this sounds like you we would love to hear from you!



Responsibilities:



  • Welcoming guests into the building.

  • Managing access to the building and signing in.

  • Resolving queries via phone and email.

  • Managing the inbox

  • Setting up meeting rooms

  • Data entry

  • Attend and contribute to team meetings


Requirements:



  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages

  • Experience in a similar role
