Our client based in Coleshill is looking for a receptionist to work on a short-term Ad hoc basis in Coleshill.



The Job Role


Welcoming Guests



  • Issuing visitors to the correct meeting rooms

  • Ensuring parking requests are followed

  • General emails and admin

  • Transferring calls to the relevant department

Presentable



  • Approachable

  • Available on adhoc days in February

  • Polite with excellent telephone manner
