Position: Receptionist

Hours: Full Time

12 Month contract with potential.

Attire: Corporate Smart


  • Strong Administration Skills is essential

  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft applications. Especially SharePoint

  • full management of invoices between departments and uploading to the system

  • Timesheet & Expenses management

  • general office duties as required

  • Previous background within a reception post and able to demonstrate you can prioritise your own workload
