Receptionist Role

Reporting to the Executive Team Leader

Full time in the Office - London Aldgate

Salary £20,000 - £27,500



  • To provide excellent customer service and ensure clients feel happy and supported during their working day

  • Greet tenants daily upon arrival, leaving a positive and warm impression

  • Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, and organised at all times

  • Create close and trusting working relationships with each new client

  • Answer phone calls for the company and virtual tenants and transfer where applicable or take messages accordingly

  • Programme fobs/access cards when requested


  • Ensuring a 5* service to all tenants by responding to daily office and building queries and ensuring any maintenance requests are delivered to the facilities team in a speedy manner and continual updates are communicated back to the tenant

Team Communication

  • Working as a part of the Executive Team to ensure that you communicate your whereabouts at all times. This will help the rest of the team to coordinate phone calls being answered, deliveries, visitors and any urgent issues that might be occurring in a building

  • Ensure all issues, requests and important information regarding tenants and the building are passed through the appropriate lines of the team and management


  • To make sure Money Laundering From & ID check is complete in drop box before any new tenants move in - This is vital to the business

  • Ensure all building documentation, including client directories and building handbooks, are regularly updates, correct and accessible via drop box

  • Ensure security system, Net2, is up-to-date and creating reports when requested

  • Document ate client move ins by creating an office inventory for each company and having the client sign it off as soon as possible

  • Supporting new and current tenants from start to finish during the move in and out process by following the checklists
