Our client based in Cork are now looking for a Front of House administrator. You will have previous experience in dealing with queries and managing customer expectations. Ideally from a retail/hospitality background, you should have excellent administrative and communication skills.
This is a temporary role with a view to a permanent contract. Transport is also required as the area is not serviced by public transport.
The Front of House Administrator will be responsible for managing the reception, ensuring that all administrative procedures are compliant. The candidate should be confident and outgoing with an approachable manner and capable of multi-tasking and prioritising their workload. Previous experience in a corporate environment preferable but not essential.
Main duties include:
Responding to email enquiries and emailing clients with updates such as order and delivery details
Processing invoices and raising purchase orders
Managing and updating information on CRM based system
Dealing with inbound queries
Monitoring stock levels
General office administrative work and filing
