Monday - Friday

Our Client, based in Quedgeley is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to provide efficient and professional reception service and administrative and accounts support.

Duties will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for visitors, meet and greet

  • Answering switchboard

  • Post duties, arranging couriers on request

  • Supporting the finance department with data entry tasks

  • Organising meeting rooms and managing the meeting rooms booking system

  • Booking and arranging travel and accommodation

  • Maintaining office supplies

  • Provide general office support to managers and colleagues, handling special administrative projects

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Excellent people skills and telephone manner

  • Customer focused with friendly and welcoming approach

  • IT skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook as a minimum, Pegasus Opera would be advantageous)

  • Excellent level of written and spoken English

  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask

  • Good attention to detail

  • Enjoy a challenge and variety of tasks

Appropriate in-house training will be provided, however, previous experience in a receptionist or administration role would be beneficial.

Hours of work are 8.00am - 4.45pm Monday - Thursday with half an hour lunch break and 8am - 12.30pm on Friday (37.5 hours/ week)
